Briesa keeps two trust accounts: sales and rentals. They are separate ledgers with separate reconciliations, as the rules require, and both sit over the same properties.
The design idea is one sentence: a receipt is not a line in a bank feed. It is money held for a named party, against a named property, under a named engagement. Everything else on this page follows from that.
