Every write, who made it, and what the record was before.
Every write in Briesa leaves an entry: who, what, when, and the previous value. It is not a feature you switch on, and there is no mode in which it is off.
Reading it
The log can be read agency-wide, or from the Activity tab of any property, engagement or party — which is the version somebody actually asks for.
What cannot happen
- Nothing is backdated: the entry’s time is the server’s, not a field.
- Nothing is silently changed: a correction is an entry, with the original still readable.
- Nothing is hard-deleted: compliance records are kept for their retention period.
Who can see it
Owner, Admin and Auditor see the whole log. A Team Lead sees their team’s. Everyone can see the Activity tab of a record they can already open.
