v0.7

Seven registers, each entry against its property and its engagement.

The Act asks a NSW agency to keep seven registers. Briesa keeps them as views over entries that were made while the work was happening, rather than as seven lists somebody maintains.

RegisterWhat goes in it
ComplaintsA complaint, who made it, when, and what was done.
RisksA risk identified, its control, and its review.
KeysWhich keys exist, who holds them, and when they came back.
Material factsWhat was disclosed, to whom, and when.
Beneficial interestsAny interest the agency or its people hold, disclosed at the time.
ReferralsA referral made or received, and any benefit attached to it.
PrivacyWhat was collected, why, and the notice given.

Entering one

Every entry names its property and its engagement, and records who entered it and when. An entry is never deleted; a correction is a further entry.

Reading one

A register can be read as a register — the list the auditor wants — or from the property file, which is the list your agent wants. They are the same entries.
