Filing against the property, generating from the file, and what happens when something is signed.
Every document in Briesa belongs to a property and, through it, to an engagement. There is no general document library, because a document that is not attached to anything is a document nobody will find.
Generated, not filled in
The paperwork the Act asks for is generated from the file. An agency agreement already knows the address, the vendor, the licensee and the fee, because those are on the record before the document exists.
Signing
A document is signed by whoever holds the accreditation to sign it. If they do not hold it, the system refuses before the pen comes out rather than flagging it afterwards.
What happens on signature
- 01
It is filed
Against the property, under the engagement it belongs to.
- 02
It is dated
With the moment of signature, which is not editable afterwards.
- 03
It is audited
Who signed, what they signed, and what the record looked like before.
- 04
It starts the work
A signed agency agreement opens the campaign checklist; a signed lease opens the management period.
