The five levels, what each one sees, and why engagements belong to a team rather than a person.
Briesa separates two questions most systems run together: what may you see, and what may you sign. The first is your access level and your team. The second is your accreditations.
The five levels
| Level | Sees | Can |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | The whole agency | Everything, including billing and closing the agency |
| Admin | The whole agency | Everything except billing and closure |
| Team Lead | Their team’s engagements | Work and assign within the team |
| Team Member | Their team’s engagements | Work what is assigned to them |
| Auditor | Everything | Nothing — read only |
Why teams hold engagements
Properties and contacts belong to the agency. Engagements — a sales campaign, a management period — belong to a team. That is what lets a two-office agency see one list of properties while each office works its own campaigns, and it is why moving somebody between teams does not orphan their work.
A single-office agency has one team and never thinks about this again.
Accreditations
Job roles filter what you see; accreditations decide what you may sign. Briesa knows which licence class each of your people holds and when it expires, and it refuses the signature rather than letting it through and flagging it afterwards.
