Demo Sandbox Terms

Last updated 26 September 2026

The Briesa demo sandbox (the Sandbox) is offered by Briesa Pty Ltd (ABN 68 461 702 776) (Briesa, we or us). Using it means you accept these rules, together with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Where they differ, these rules govern the Sandbox.

  1. What the Sandbox is. The Sandbox is a sample agency at agency.briesa.com, filled with invented properties, people and records, so you can see how Briesa works before you use it. It is not a subscription, it is not your agency's workspace, and nothing in it is a record of any real agency.

  2. Your changes stay in your browser. Everything you add or change in the Sandbox is kept in your own browser's storage for that address, and is never sent to the platform. So:

    • nobody else, including us, can see what you did;
    • your changes do not follow you to another browser or device;
    • clearing your browser's site data returns the Sandbox to how it started, and cannot be undone;
    • nothing you do in the Sandbox can reach, or change, any agency's records.
  3. Sample data only. Enter only invented details. Do not put real clients' personal information, identity documents, bank details or trust money records into the Sandbox: it is not built to hold them, and your browser's storage is not a safe place for them. The people in the sample agency are invented, and their addresses cannot receive mail.

  4. No reliance. The Sandbox shows how Briesa works; it is not legal or financial advice, and a record made in it is not a record kept under any Act. It cannot be used to meet an agency's obligations, and what it drafts or suggests is sample output for you to read, not guidance to follow.

  5. Acceptable use. Use the Sandbox to look around. Do not use it to probe the platform behind it, to load it automatically or at volume, or to present its sample records as real ones. Security research is welcome under our Responsible Disclosure Policy.

  6. Changes and availability. The Sandbox is provided as it is, when it is available. We may change its sample data, reset it with a new release, or withdraw it, without notice. A change we make may replace what your browser holds.

  7. Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these rules excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  8. Governing law. These rules are governed by the same law, and the same courts, as our Terms & Conditions.
