Frequently asked questions

  • Is there a free trial?

    Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and your card is first charged on day 15. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

  • How is Briesa billed?

    Monthly, per agency, with no lock-in contract. If a price ever goes up we tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then without a fee.

  • What happens when we cancel?

    You can cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after it. Compliance records are never hard-deleted: they are kept for the statutory period, and you can take a full export before access ends.

  • Are the prices with GST?

    They are excluding GST. Australian agencies will see it added at checkout.

  • Do you charge per seat?

    No. The price is per agency, not per person, but the number of people who sign in decides which plan fits. Adding someone past your plan’s limit is blocked rather than silently billed, and we tell you which plan to move to.

  • Can we change plan later?

    Yes, either way, and it takes effect on the next billing period. Nothing is deleted when you move down — you are simply asked to fit the new limits first.

  • Is there a limit on properties?

    No. Properties, engagements, documents and trust movements are unlimited on every plan — the bands are people and teams, because that is what the work costs us to support.

  • Does our auditor need a seat?

    They get the read-only Auditor level, which sees everything and changes nothing. Whether that consumes a seat is not decided yet — ask us and we will tell you where it stands.
