What is banded, what is unlimited, and what happens at the edge.
Briesa is priced per organisation, never per seat: one team on Agent Pro, an agency and its teams above it. The bands are people who sign in and teams they work in; everything that is the work itself is unlimited.

What is unlimited on every plan
Properties, engagements, documents, trust movements and register entries. So is compliance: the seven registers, both trust accounts and the audit log are on the smallest plan, because a smaller agency does not have smaller obligations.
At the limit
Adding the person past the limit is blocked rather than silently billed, and you are told which plan fits. Moving down asks you to fit the new limits first; nothing is deleted.
Auditors
Give your auditor the read-only Auditor level. Whether that consumes a seat is not settled — ask us and we will tell you where it stands rather than guess in documentation.
