Pipeline, rent roll, trust and commission — and getting them out of the system.
Reports are queries over the records, not a separate reporting database. That means they are always current, and it means a report can be traced to the entries behind it.
What is available
| Report | Answers |

| Pipeline | What is listed, at what stage, and what is likely to settle when. |
| Rent roll | Properties under management, rent, arrears and what is renewing. |
| Trust position | Both accounts, held against what, and reconciled to when. |
| Commission | Entitlements recognised, paid and outstanding. |
| Register activity | What went into each register, over a period. |
| Expiries | Licences, insurances and scheduled reviews, by date. |
Exports
Every report exports as CSV, and the audit pack exports as a bundle. See Trust → The audit pack.
