What an address holds, and what each tab of it is for.

The property file is the screen you will spend most of your day on. It is deliberately not a dashboard: it is a record, laid out so that a person picking it up cold can answer the questions somebody is about to ask them.

The header

The address, its identifiers, and the engagement that is live right now. If two engagements are live — a property being sold while still tenanted — both are named, because pretending otherwise is how mistakes happen.
