Repairs from reported to invoiced, against the property rather than an inbox.
A repair is raised against the property. Who reported it, what was approved, who did the work and what it cost are one record, and it stays on the address after the tenant has gone.
The states
| State | Means |
|---|---|
| Reported | Raised by a tenant, an inspection, or the agency. |
| Approved | The landlord has authorised it, with the limit the agreement sets. |
| Scheduled | A tradesperson is booked. |
| Done | Completed, with what was done recorded. |
