The registers
Complaints, risks, keys, material facts, gifts and the rest, each entry against its property and engagement, read as a list or from the file.
Accreditations that gate signing
A licence class decides what somebody may sign. The alerts watch the expiry, so somebody is told before it lapses.

Which registers does Briesa keep?
The ones the Act asks a NSW agency to keep — complaints, risks, keys, material facts and the rest — as views over entries made while the work was happening.
What happens to our compliance records if we cancel?
Briesa never hard-deletes a compliance record. They are kept for the statutory period. Access continues to the end of the month you have paid for, and you can take a full export before it ends.
Is identity checking built in?
The fact of each check is recorded against the party and the engagement. Running the check through a provider is the identity checks add-on.
Is Briesa available outside New South Wales?
Briesa is built for New South Wales, the state its rules are written for.
