Founding Agency Program Official Terms
Last updated 25 September 2026
The Briesa Founding Agency Program (the Program) is offered by Briesa Pty Ltd (ABN 68 461 702 776) (Briesa, we or us). The Program and every application to it are governed by these terms, our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (together, the Terms).
Eligibility. The Program is open to real-estate agencies licensed in New South Wales under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 that do not already hold a Briesa subscription (you or the agency). Each agency may apply once. Briesa's employees and contractors, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
Applications. An application must be made by the agency's licensee in charge, or by someone they have authorised to bind the agency, through Briesa's contact page. Only complete applications are considered, and the person applying is responsible for the accuracy of what they submit.
Places. The Program is limited to fifty (50) agencies. Places are offered on a rolling basis to eligible agencies in the order their complete applications arrive. We may close the Program early, and will say so on this page when we do.
Selection. We will tell successful applicants by email. A place must be accepted, by starting a subscription, within fourteen (14) days of that email, after which it lapses and may be offered to the next agency. All decisions about eligibility and selection are ours and are final.
Program benefits. A founding agency receives:
- thirty per cent (30%) off the published price of any Briesa plan for the first twelve (12) months of its subscription;
- a guided onboarding session for the agency's team; and
- early access to features Briesa marks as previews, before they are generally available.
The benefits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and do not combine with any other offer. After the first twelve months the subscription continues at the published price for the plan.
Your commitments. In return, a founding agency agrees to give Briesa reasonable feedback during its first year, including a short call once a quarter. Everything else about how you use Briesa is yours to decide.
Publicity. We will not name your agency, use its logo or quote its people as a founding agency without your written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Leaving the Program. You may leave the Program at any time by telling us. The benefits end when you leave or when your subscription ends. We may end your participation if you breach the Terms, and will tell you why.
Your subscription. Your subscription is governed by our Terms & Conditions. These terms add to them for as long as you take part in the Program; where the two conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail except as to the Program benefits.
Changes to the Program. We may change or end the Program by giving thirty (30) days' notice on this page. A benefit already granted to a founding agency continues for the rest of its twelve-month term.
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
This is a template. The Program's places, benefits, discount and dates are placeholders. Confirm the offer, and review these terms with qualified legal counsel, before it opens. It does not constitute legal advice.
