Briesa is one system for a NSW agency. The property is the root record; every sales campaign and every management period is an engagement attached to it, and the trust movements, the documents and the register entries hang off the engagement.
That shape is the reason setting up is short. There is no per-module configuration to work through, because there are no separate modules — there is one file per property, and the rest is what you do to it.
- 01
Create your account
An email and a password. Nothing else is asked for until there is an agency to attach it to.
- 02
Set up the agency
Name, jurisdiction, plan and your licence details. The name becomes your address at yourname.briesa.com.
- 03
Decide who sees what
Five access levels, and the teams your engagements belong to. Both can change later.
- 04
Bring the properties in
Start with what is live — the campaigns and tenancies running now — and let the history follow.
