Every page, dialog and write of the first three phases now works in the demo agency: the foundation, operations and compliance. It runs on the demo’s own data while the live database is wired underneath it, and every write leaves an entry in the audit log.

  • An audit entry on every write: who, what and when, in the same place for every page.
  • Summaries written from the records: the policy draft, the gap report and the weekly briefing are drawn from what is on file until a model is wired, and each says it is not legal advice.
  • The sidebar shows what shipped: the groups that are built, with Insights beside them.

Briesa is one deployment: what is live is what everybody is running, and this page records each release as it ships.

The documentation keeps the short form, and explains what a version number means for you.

Current and prior versions

  • v0.6 (released 9 September 2026) — Sign-in, on its own
  • v0.5 (released 9 September 2026) — Properties and contacts as profiles
  • v0.3 (released 6 September 2026) — The workspace takes shape
  • v0.2 (released 5 September 2026) — The first workspace

Sign-in, on its own

Released: version 0.6, 9 September 2026. Platform.

Signing in moves to its own address, separate from the workspace, and the screens gain the building blocks the next pages are made of.

  • Sign-in screens of their own: signing in, creating an account and resetting a password, on the sign-in address.
  • Clearer controls: the sign-in form checks an address as it is typed, and the light theme’s colours were corrected.
  • The pieces pages are built from: tables with paging, charts, maps, a date picker, file cards and status screens.

Properties and contacts as profiles

Released: version 0.5, 9 September 2026. Product.

A property and a contact now open as a profile, with what matters about them beside the record rather than behind another click.

  • The property page: its engagement, parties and compliance in a sidebar, with the record’s tabs beside them.
  • The contact page: details, a description and AML in a sidebar, with edit at the top.
  • Lists and grids: properties as a list or a grid, and contacts filtered by role.
  • Charts on the dashboard: the sales pipeline and the year’s intake under the numbers.

The workspace takes shape

Released: version 0.3, 6 September 2026. Product.

The workspace’s main pages get their layout, and the shell gets a tablet and a phone layout of its own.

  • Before an organisation: an invite code can be entered while waiting, and a new organisation asks its name, address and product first.
  • Records you can work: properties searched, filtered, created, edited, archived and given parties; contacts added and edited from their list.
  • Tasks and the calendar: tasks as a list or a board with cards dragged between lanes, and the calendar by month, week or day.
  • Your account: account settings, licence and CPD, and reporting a bug, as dialogs from the account menu.
  • Every dialog is a link: a dialog rides in the address, so a reload keeps it and the back button closes it.
  • Three widths: the shell draws its own tablet and phone layouts.

The first workspace

Released: version 0.2, 5 September 2026. Platform.

The first build of the workspace: its shell, its first pages over the demo agency, and the screens that come before somebody belongs to an organisation.

  • The shell: the sidebar, the header and the page, in light and dark.
  • Before an organisation: choose one, create one, or wait to be invited.
