Fifty places for New South Wales agencies.

What the Program is

Places. The Program is limited to fifty agencies. Places are offered on a rolling basis to eligible agencies in the order their complete applications arrive.

Benefits. Thirty per cent off the published price of any Briesa plan for the first twelve months, a guided onboarding session for your team, and early access to features marked as previews.

Commitments. Reasonable feedback during your first year, including a short call once a quarter. Everything else about how you use Briesa is yours to decide.

The Program is governed by its official terms, which say it word for word.

  1. 1. Apply

    The agency’s licensee in charge, or someone they have authorised to bind the agency, applies through the contact page. Only complete applications are considered.

  2. 2. Accept

    Successful applicants are told by email. A place is accepted by starting a subscription within fourteen days of that email, after which it lapses and may be offered to the next agency.

  3. 3. Build

    For the first twelve months your plan is thirty per cent off, your team has a guided onboarding session, and previews arrive early. In return, a short call once a quarter.

Who it is for

The Program is open to real-estate agencies licensed in New South Wales under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 that do not already hold a Briesa subscription.

Your name stays yours.

We will not name your agency, use its logo or quote its people as a founding agency without your written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Frequently asked questions

  • What does a founding agency pay?

    Thirty per cent off the published price of any Briesa plan for the first twelve months of its subscription. After that the subscription continues at the published price for the plan.

  • How many places are there?

    Fifty, offered on a rolling basis in the order complete applications arrive. We may close the Program early, and will say so on the terms page when we do.

  • Does the discount combine with anything else?

    No. The benefits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and do not combine with any other offer.

  • Can we leave the Program?

    At any time, by telling us. The benefits end when you leave or when your subscription ends.

  • What if the Program changes?

    We may change or end it by giving thirty days’ notice on the terms page. A benefit already granted to a founding agency continues for the rest of its twelve-month term.

  • We are outside New South Wales. Can we apply?

    Not yet: the Program is for agencies licensed in New South Wales, where Briesa launches. The other states are added progressively; leave your details and we will tell you when yours is next.
